Is your organization ready for a change in staff leadership? Succession planning is probably one of most important topics in nonprofit capacity building today. Succession planning is simply thinking in advance about how to set the stage for a strong leadership transition before anyone anticipates a change in leadership. A nonprofit’s capacity to maintain and thrive during a leadership change will determine its future success. Join Colleen Bozard and Kathy Ridge for a 45-minute Lunch and Learn discussion on May 16th at 12:00 noon to outline the steps needed to begin planning for a leadership transition.

What Our Clients Say

By using LevRidge Resources, our board was able to move forward with a strategic plan after the departure of our CEO. LevRidge identified a seasoned, professional interim director to lead us during this transition period. Bruce LaRowe immediately gained the confidence of the board and advanced the museum’s many projects and initiatives. It allowed the board plenty of time to conduct a thoughtful search and hire an excellent permanent director. We are grateful.

Weston M. Andress Past chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mint Museum

Positive experience working with LevRidge Resources on our interim leadership and planning leadership transitions. Both Bill and Kathy provide great support and pertinent observations and recommendations.

D. Harding Stowe Stowe Botanical Gardens, Board Chair, 2019

Working with LevRidge really saved the day by allowing us to focus on the search for a new executive director and have confidence that all wheels still were in motion operationally. The staff responded so well to Art's professionalism, demeanor, and communication about the transition process.
